浙江冤妇陆冬菜在黑监狱被囚一年半又进久敬庄 Sep 24th 2013, 02:53, by wqw0 （维权网信息员黄天怒报道）浙江省天台县赤城街道九峰村农妇陆冬菜，因2004年丈夫被摩托车撞死得不到公正处理而上访，儿子因她上访先后被两所学校赶出而沦为囚犯，她自己因上访两次被刑事拘留、三次行政拘留、四次送精神病医院、判刑坐牢一年半、多次被关黑监狱。 自去年3月初到今年9月初，陆冬菜在浙江当地的黑监狱一直被关了一年半，过着与世隔绝的生活。9月5日陆冬菜从黑监狱出来后，稍事休息，又马不停蹄地赴京诉冤。 22日下午，陆冬菜在北京信访，再次被送进中国最大的黑监狱——久敬庄关押。 陆冬菜电话15268864455
