部分在京访民预备本周五到国家信访局集访 Oct 25th 2013, 03:58, by wqw0 （维权网信息员孙雨报道）10月25日（本周五）是全国访民的"公民维权日"，部分在京访民与上海已经到京的访民欢聚在北京南站。大家希望国家信访局不要继续把访民当皮球踢，有部分不知道姓名的访民称，"如果国家信访局继续漠视访民的合法诉求，全国各地访民就一起去找国家主席。" 由于个人的诉求多年上访无果，各地访民长年奔波于地方和北京之间，每到敏感时期，还常常遭到软禁、绑架、非法羁押。为了能尽快解决信访诉求，同时也显示大家维权的决心和力量，各地访民们自发将每月的最后一个周五定为"公民维权日"。上海及各地众多的上访维权人士，都会在这一天赶到北京，参加集体信访。 参加欢聚的部分人员名单如下：彭秋芹、薛德发、徐金芳、徒宝霞、王志华、秦庆森、陶建国、韩忠明、孙建明、陶永芳、赵渊、颜兰英、王承起、王承伟、高月清、董国青、施亚萍、金月花、陈惠娟（黑龙江）、沈福田（黑龙江）、林秀丽（山东）、刘红霞（河南）等人。
