湖南洪江托口库区近二千人生活在被断电的黑暗 Oct 28th 2013, 07:25, by wqw0 （维权网信息员苏醒报道）本网信息员今天（10月27日）从洪江市托口库区维权人士处得到消息，自本月洪江市托口电站搬迁指挥部下令将托口库区内所有变压器强行拆走后，没有从现住处搬走的近2000托口村民一直生活在被断电的黑暗中。 为了达到迫使没有签订搬迁协议的托口移民搬出现住处的目的，洪江市托口电站搬迁指挥部从本月开始强行将托口库区内所有变压器拆走，虽然有村民出面阻止，但自警方抓了3位阻止强拆的村民后，几天内所有变压器便被拆完，使库区近二千人夜晚生活在黑暗中。 维权人士还告诉本网信息员，现在托口镇老街和朗溪村近30户村民自己购买了发电机发电，以此抗拒洪江市政府的野蛮强迁。
