郭飞雄被起诉追究声援南周与要求签署人权公约活动 Dec 27th 2013, 07:00, by wqw0 （维权网信息员钟鸣报道）今天（2013年12月26日）本网信息员获悉，湖北籍在广州的著名民主维权人士郭飞雄已于本月10日被天河区公安分局提交起诉意见。 从起诉意见可见，警方指控郭飞雄参与组织今年元月7日至9日在南方周末集团办公楼前围观声援南方周末职工抗议新年献词被改事件，以及今年4月组织袁小华、孙德胜等人在武汉、湖南、广东等多个城市上街打横幅敦促全国人大签署《公民权利和政治权利国际公约》活动，认为郭飞雄涉嫌"聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪"。
