维权律师刘卫国会见顾义民拍摄视频，遭扣押律师证 Dec 23rd 2013, 07:23, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）2013年12月20日，维权律师刘卫国在江苏省常熟市看守所会见已被"涉嫌煽动颠覆国家政权罪"逮捕的异议人士顾义民，因为给顾义民拍摄视频，被看守所非法扣押刘卫国律师律师证件。刘卫国律师在看守所绝食抗争。根据全国律协《律师参加刑事诉讼办案规范》第31条第2款规定："会见犯罪嫌疑人，可以使用录音、录像、拍照等设备"。 在9月底，刘卫国律师会见顾义民时，顾义民曾告诉刘卫国律师自己多次被看守所警员殴打虐待。此后，刘卫国律师以书面形式向常熟市检察院提起控告，检察院也曾来电承诺会做出书面答复，但此后一直石沉大海。维权人士纷纷质问：常熟市看守所到底做了多少见不得人的违法勾当？为何如此无法无天、胆大妄为？
