北京市第三看守所扣留民间给被拘维权人士的捐赠钱 Dec 10th 2013, 07:03, by wqw0 （维权风信息员黎明报道）本网信息员今天（2013年12月9日）从北京市陈建刚律师（电话：13381367825）处获悉，一些民间捐助给被羁押于北京第三看守所的要求官员公布财产的民主维权人士，结果看守所管理人员扣留款项不予转交。 据陈建刚律师说，近二十笔由民间捐助的要通过他转交给正被关押在北京第三看守所的丁家喜、赵长青和许志勇等近二十名民主维权人士的捐赠款，目前被该看守所管理人员无理扣押不给受赠者。 陈律师说，早在9月4日，他就把这些钱送到北京第三看守所，虽然该所把钱收下了，但至今没有转交给这些被囚禁人士。陈律师已经多次与该看守所交涉，但该所的干警明确告诉他就是不转交，也拒绝说明不转交的理由。
