丁家喜、李蔚案推迟到元月27日开庭 Jan 25th 2014, 03:08, by wqw0 （维权网信息员钟鸣报道）今天（元月24日）原本是北京民主维权人士丁家喜、李蔚被控"聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪"案开庭的日子，但由于律师有开庭安排而推迟到本月27日（下周一）开庭。 此前已经有张宝成、袁冬原计划元月24日开庭，后来因故推迟到27号，现在丁家喜、李蔚案又推迟到27号。到时海淀区法院将同时开庭审理多名因要求官员公布财产而被控"聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪"人士。 丁家喜是律师，因参与要求官员公示财产活动，于2013年4月17日被北京警方刑拘，后被以涉嫌"聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪"移交海淀区检察院起诉到海淀区法院。同案的李蔚、张宝成、袁冬也是因为上街举牌要求官员公示财产而遭到抓捕起诉。
