沈阳蒙冤警察在庆丰包子店合影被刑拘 Jan 15th 2014, 06:38, by wqw0 （维权网信息员高鸣报道）1月7日晚，沈阳蒙冤警察马治国在北京市西城区月坛北街3号（几天前国家主席习近平以亲民形象光顾）的庆丰包子铺合影，回到老家后，被沈阳公安局大东分局警方带走，后被以"寻衅滋事"刑拘。现关押在沈阳市第一看守所。 10日，沈阳警方送达刑事拘留书给马治国的舅舅，因怕其仅有的高龄母亲经受不起这个打击，所以到现在还没有告诉母亲。代理此案的赵和绪律师已经赶到沈阳，并于14日下午3点半到沈阳一看会见马志国，看守所以公安提审为由，没有让律师见到当事人。 据了解，蒙冤警察马治国原是辽宁省沈阳市公安局大东分局的警察。据马治国称：2005年5月他因病休假，时任新东派出所所长刘晶、教导员刘伟两人却拒收他的病假条，并以"旷工"为由向大东分局呈报辞退他，因他过去拒绝为两人违法办理吸毒案件，对他进行打击报复。而后被停职，于是逐级上访到北京。
