独立中文笔会作家太平被罗湖海关限制出境 Jan 14th 2014, 07:15, by wqw0 （维权网信息员林子民报道）本网信息员获悉，今天（元月13日）上午独立中文笔会作家太平在广东深圳的罗湖海关被限制出境。 太平是一个长沙的青年自由作家，曾与长沙艺术家一木，还有中国泛蓝前领导人被当局判刑坐牢的张子霖一起出书《中国超级精神病院长》，以描绘中国社会状况。太平还曾因去年初在广州南周街头表达自由主张，被当局拘押过，也因参与公民活动，当局还向其所在核工业企业施压。
