河南南阳杨金德的妈妈因在京上访被截回关押 Feb 12th 2014, 03:15, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）近日，河南南阳杨金德的妈妈因为杨金德在监狱关押期间被虐待致残在北京上访，2014年2月10日，杨金德妈妈被河南省政法委谢书记，南阳政法委，南阳信访办及大批警察强行带离北京。2月11日，杨金德妈妈被关进南阳市训戒所非访法拘禁，没有任何手续。1月4日到1月14日杨金德妈妈已经被非法训戒10天。 在1月30日大年三十，杨金德妈妈来到司法部给司法部吴爱英部长拜年。杨金德妈妈眼含热泪站在司法部门口，祝福吴爱英部长新年快乐，也希望吴部长能关注杨金德被河南第二监狱监狱长郭永禄虐待致残问题，早日给自己家人一个真相。 参见：http://wqw2010.blogspot.com/2013/11/blog-post_3085.html
