安徽宣城访民徐后风上访后被截访回当地拘留十天 Feb 19th 2014, 01:35, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李艳报道）安徽维权人士向本网信息员提供如下消息：安徽省宣城市宣州区澄江办事处庙埠村徐村组45号村民徐后凤，因家园于2013年5月左右被非法强拆，于2014年1月30日在北京上访，被当地政府截访回宣城后，2月13日，作出行政处罚决定，决定对他行政拘留10天的处罚。目前还在宣城拘留所关押，家属不服拘留决定，已经委托律师为她向宣城市人民政府申请行政复议。
