湖南绥宁民主人士欧阳经华被禁外出 Mar 25th 2014, 04:23, by wqw0 （维权网信息员经天报道）本网信息员获悉，昨天（3月23日）家在湖南绥宁县的民主人士欧阳经华被当地国保喝茶，警告其近日不得外出，今天绥宁国保更是上门将他控制。 3月27日是四川民主维权人士谭作人刑满出狱的日子，欧阳经华准备到四川迎接谭作人出狱。欧阳经华本来与怀化的朋友约好，准备于3月24日到怀化与朋友见面后，再从怀化上火车去四川，但昨天国保就对其进行阻挠，国保说是奉上面的指令行事。 欧阳经华已是年过70的老人，且身患多种疾病，但即使是这样的老人国保也不放过。
