上海访民到国家信访局第13次大集访 Apr 2nd 2014, 06:28, by wqw0 （维权网信息员郑广源报道）3月28日下午，数百名上海市访民到位于北京的国家信访局集访，控告上海政府不作为和乱作为的行为，侵占老百姓利益久拖不决。这是上海访民第13次集体到国家信访局大集访。 每月的最后一个周五，已经成为上海访民到国家各信访窗口大集访的惯例。参加集访的上海访民，大多都遭遇政府强拆、失地、司法不公等公权力的侵害。多年上访，政府不但不解决访民的合理诉求问题，许多人还遭受到公权力的打压、迫害。 28日下午，共有525张上海访民身份证集体在国家信访局登记，并有600余名访民在集访签名单上签名，要求中央政府督促上海政府依法解决老百姓久拖不决的合法诉求。
