访民包车赴郑州找巡视组，洛阳八辆警车截访扣驾照 Apr 24th 2014, 03:33, by wqw0 （维权网信息员张宁宁报道）4月23日早上7点许，一辆载有洛阳60位访民的旅游车开到白马寺高速公路口时被洛阳市公安局老城分局的八辆警车拦截，并非法扣下了司机的驾驶执照。 该旅游车上的访民，大多是野蛮拆迁的受害人。最近，他们得知中央巡视组农民督察组在洛阳东山宾馆下榻，便赶往东山宾馆寻找巡视组，要反映失地农民的困难，却扑了空。于是，洛阳的访民于今日包了一辆旅游车赴省城郑州市寻找中央巡视组，准备反映洛阳的违法圈地。 截止发稿，警察还不准洛阳访民离开。访民认为，公安无权扣驾照，现在正在交涉中。
