杨林涉嫌"煽颠案"开庭在即，上海公民打横幅声援 May 5th 2014, 03:57, by wqw0 （维权网信息员任泉报道）深圳维权人士杨林涉嫌"煽动颠覆国家政权罪"案于2014年5月6日即将开庭审理，上海公民徐佩玲、韦开珍、王永凤、陆美英、郑培培、颜兰英、王宗泽、金妹珍、贺志美等上街为杨林呼吁，并打出横幅"上海公民强烈要求立即无罪释放杨林"。 2013年6月12日，杨林（又名：杨明玉，户籍所在地：山东省聊城市临清市尚店镇黄杨村31号）被强迫失踪一个多月后家属收到逮捕通知书。深圳中院本来决定今年2月27日开庭，后移期至5月6日上午10时在深圳中院开庭。人权律师李静林（北京市新桥律师事务所）和深圳当地的人权律师范标文出庭将为杨林辨护。李静林律师将于5日到达深圳。
