湖南湘西龙贤江等27人被控涉黑案被撤诉 Jun 13th 2014, 05:24, by wqw0 （维权网信息员钟鸣报道）本网信息员获悉，湖南湘西州龙贤江、龙贤员等27名被告"涉黑"一案，日前已经被中级法院作出撤诉裁决。 湖南湘西州中院于2014年3月18日一审开庭，计划用三天审结全案。庭审中，多名被告人称其遭到残酷刑讯逼供，律师要求启动非法证据排除程序，遭到法院无理拒绝。当月21日，王全章、马纲权、游飞翥、王甫等四名律师抗议，先后被逐出法庭，引起全体律师公愤。最后，公诉机关申请补充侦查，法院被迫同意延期审理。延期审理期满，公诉机关未将案件移送法院。2014年6月3日，湘西州中院作出决定，对湘西州人民检察院按撤诉处理。
