长沙维权人士浣铁军被羁押期限又 "合法延长四个月" Jun 18th 2014, 03:47, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）2014年6月17日，朱孝顶律师收到长沙岳麓法院书面通知，湖南长沙维权人士浣铁军"聚众扰乱社会秩序案"因岳麓区检察院3月12日起诉后，以需要补充侦查为由，建议该案延期审理，岳麓法院6月11日（一审法定最长期限届满前一日）决定延期审理。据此，浣铁军被羁押期限又可以"合法延长四个月"。 浣铁军，网名@湖南锦旗哥浣铁军 ，强拆受害者。因不断上访，长期遭到当局的截访和迫害。他因和访民多人向长沙市信访局赠送"截访先进单位"锦旗，曾受到广泛的社会关注。2013年6月1日，浣铁军被警方带走，随后一直遭到刑拘关押。 参见：http://wqw2010.blogspot.com/2013/06/blog-post_791.html
