（维权网信息员李军报道）湖南民主人士赵枫生"煽动颠覆国家政权"案于2014年6月10号上午在湖南省衡阳市衡山县法院一审开庭，因为法院没有依照刑事诉法的要求提前三天将开庭传票送达赵枫生。

刘卫国律师当庭要求出庭公诉人行使审判监督职能，追究合议庭剥夺被告人合法权益的法律责任,合议庭无奈宣布延期审理,以弥补审判程序漏洞。庭审时间改为17日上午9时。
