上海浦东四访民上访被关洋泾派出所 两人获释两人遭拘留 Jul 15th 2014, 01:41, by wqw0 （维权网信息员刀峰报道）2014年7月14日上午，上海浦东新区访民刘国芳、沈宝妹、黄海燕、王惠琴到浦东源深路161号浦东新区拆迁管理中心要求领导接待，请求他们的房屋被非法强拆一案给予迅速解决。 不料，没有见到领导出来接待，却来了数名警察将刘国芳、沈宝妹、黄海燕、王惠琴四名访民带走，关进洋泾派出所，并搜走四人手机。 四访民从上午11点时分被带走，晚上21时左右，刘国芳、王惠琴从派出所获释。黄海燕、孙宝妹两人被以"扰乱社会公共秩序罪"拘留。 浦东新区洋泾派出所电话：021-58520229 刘国芳18016317498 王惠琴15026877613
