泾阳东风村村民到陕西省委讨征地款 Jul 29th 2014, 01:35, by wqw0 （维权网信息员于富民报道）2014年7月28日，天气热到摄氏36度，一大早，陕西省泾阳县东风村八组五六十个村民就搭车赶往西安，到中共陕西省委讨要政府的征地款。 西咸新区管委会建秦汉大道，2013年4月仅在他们组就征地430亩，每亩只给补偿35400元。政府征收耕地不出具改变农用地用途的国家批文，也不召开村民大会讨论，征地至今一年三个月了，一千五百多万元补偿款至今一分都没有兑现。他们说：叫我们全组四百多村民失去土地怎么生活？我们到泾阳县委、县政府上访了六次，到西咸新区管委会上访了四次，屡遭推诿哄骗，基本生活都无法维持。
