四川资阳出动警察阻止访民向巡视组递交上访材料 Jul 28th 2014, 01:40, by wqw0 （维权网信息员陈华报道）2014年7月24日上午，中央巡视组下榻四川资阳市博雅宾馆。访民张锦英、吴惠等十几人得知信息后，避开警察，乘出租车来到宾馆大厅，准备向巡视组递交上访材料。十几人一直等到下午，仍未将材料递交给巡视组。 晚上吃饭时间，众多警察簇拥着巡视组人员离开宾馆。随后，资阳公安出动上百警察来到宾馆，凶神恶煞的对着访民狂吼："干啥子的，回去！"并对访民录音录像。同时，将访民强行拖拽出宾馆。访民们痛心的说："这是要逼迫我们进京喊冤啊！"
