成都访民周成群向市检察院控告检察官涉嫌渎职侵权 Aug 27th 2013, 08:13, by wqw0 （维权网信息员徐闯报道）8月19日上午9：30时，成都维权人士周成群、易萍、刘菊琴三人，来到成都市检察院信访罗检察官处询问4月18日（6月5日亲自送5本19人）向成都市检察院申请提出抗诉是否立案一事。 大家认为这位罗姓检察官在忽悠他们，于是提出异议，罗检察官称："我已经给你口头答复了，不予立案，你觉得我的态度不好，态度恶劣，你可以到我们纪检部门告我，到网上举报我。" 于是周成群、易萍、刘菊琴为了满足罗检察官的要求，并认为罗检察官涉嫌渎职，自己的诉权被侵害，因此向成都市检察院提起控告。
