湖南桃江县出台文件剥夺进城务工孩子的受教育权 Sep 3rd 2013, 01:38, by wqw0 （维权网信息员向华报道）2013年9月1日，肖科（男，38岁，湖南涟源市托山镇人）说，他一家人在桃江县桃花江镇做生意，属于外来务工人员，15岁的儿子现在面临失学的危险。原因是临近秋季开学，在事先毫无通知的情况下，桃江县桃花江镇于8月27日突然出台公告，所有城区义务教育阶段的学校一律不接受插班生！他儿子上学期是在涟源市读书，属于插班生，根据该文件，只能失学。 肖先生说，政府出台如此歧视性政策剥夺了孩子平等接受教育的权利，显然是违背教育法的。
