湖南洪江库区维权人士涉嫌"聚众扰乱社会秩序"案已进入审查起诉 Sep 3rd 2013, 01:59, by wqw0 （维权网信息员潇湘月报道）今天2013年9月2日从湖南洪江库区维权人士处得到消息，湖南托口电站库区6名维权人士涉嫌"聚众扰乱社会秩序"一案已移送洪江市检察院审查起诉，审查起诉期限为一个月，时间自2013年8月21日至2013年9月20日。 湖南托口电站库区维权人士肖玉兰、张先干、杨承香、蒋书秀、黄丁香、姚金莲是今年6月24日被洪江市检察院以涉嫌"聚众扰乱社会秩序"罪批准逮捕的，另有维权人士杨桂香先以涉嫌"聚众扰乱社会秩序"罪批准逮捕，后又改变罪名于今年7月16日被以涉嫌"诬告"罪批准逮捕，到目前为止还没有杨桂香被审查起诉的消息。
