湖北省天门市多所高中教师集体罢课抗议待遇不公 Oct 16th 2013, 03:21, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）2013年10月14日，湖北省天门市实验高中、竟陵高中、皂市高中等多所高中教师集体罢课一天，老师们在操场静坐，抗议工资福利未发放到位。 据老师反映，天门政府违反国家相关政策，以财政困难为由，拖欠教师法定绩效工资三年之多，今年又以各种借口拒发三年欠款，限制学校停发各种侍遇。万般无奈之下，老师们不得不采取这种形式以示抗议。 天门市教育局长黄延平赴实验高中与教师们交涉处理相关问题，会谈中多次无视教师发言接听电话，全体教师气愤离场，交涉不欢而散。
