到派出所探问朋友的刘士辉律师被拘留7天 Jan 10th 2014, 06:07, by wqw0 （维权网信息员郝翎报道）2014年1月4日，因广州公民张圣雨、肖青山、马胜芬、梁颂基被警察抓走，得知消息的刘士辉前去探望，结果自己也被警方带走，下落不明。今日（元月9日）吴魁明律师去了越秀看守所，不让查找。下午，广州青石律师在微博上证实，他先后和王兴律师到广州市第一看守所、第三看守所、荔湾区看守所、越秀区拘留所寻找刘士辉律师，终于在越秀区拘留所找到了刘士辉律师，并证实被以"扰乱社会治安"行政拘留七日。 而1月4日晚被抓走的四位公民，除陈进学律师证实梁颂基被以"妨碍公务"刑拘并会见外，其余三位公民还是没有任何消息。
