银川市访民李韫竹再次被绑架 Jan 13th 2014, 02:56, by wqw0 （维权网信息员邹家尧报道）1月9日晚上8点40分，在北京市马家楼，不明身份的十几个人把银川市访名李韫竹推到一辆编号为OA.HQ758的别克车上，又连夜兼程，把李韫竹押到银川市中山南街派出所。 李韫竹是银川市南薰东街的居民，为了躲避政府的追踪，她已经很久不能居住在自己的家了。李韫竹因为她的父亲李丕田作为援朝战争的军人因病残疾没有得到政府的应有照顾而多次上访的。当地公安把她的上访定为非法上访而关押。
