江苏常州访民因进京上访大年初一被行政拘留十日 Feb 10th 2014, 06:20, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）2014年1月30号，江苏常州访民胡珍秀，黄兰珍等人在北京天安门附近上访，被警察带到了马家楼。次日，胡珍秀等人被押回常州， 强行带至江苏常州市公安局钟楼分局北港派出所传唤，手机被收。 1月31日，大年初一，胡珍秀、黄兰珍被处以行政拘留十日。
