郑州维权人士贾灵敏遭警察违反程序查房 Feb 11th 2014, 03:23, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）本网获悉，近几日，河南郑州著名维权人士贾灵敏帮人带孩子，住在学生家里，遭警察违反程序查房。2014年2月8日晚上七点多，两名警号分别为010634、30c3115警察来到学生家里查房，不出示警官证，还进入房间看孩子的手机，在没有征得监护人的同意下问孩子问题。 因程序不合法，贾灵敏将两名警察投诉到110督查处，贾灵敏还拨打12389对警察违反办案程序、不作为等违纪违法行为进行投诉。贾灵敏表示，自己将会委托律师提起行政复议，复议警察违反办案程序。 贾灵敏是河南郑州拆迁户，一直在自家拆迁的废墟上搭建起一个小窝棚，自己吃住在这里，长期抗争。贾灵敏还积极参与各项维权活动。
