民主维权人士袁冬被判处有期徒刑一年半 Feb 2nd 2014, 07:01, by wqw0 （维权网信息员钟鸣报道）今天（元月29日）上午，北京海淀区法院对参与西单举牌要求官员公示财产的维权人士袁冬判处有期徒刑一年半。 袁冬于2013年3月31日与张宝成、马新立等在北京西单广场举牌要求官员公示财产，随后被北京警方带走以涉嫌"非法集会罪"刑事拘留，后来改为涉嫌"聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪"提起公诉，于2014年元月27日在海淀区法院开庭审理，二天后作出判决。另外，与袁冬他们到西单现场的另一名叫侯欣的女士，被判为免予刑事处罚。
