湖南洪江托口库区维权人士因要求政府发放过年物资被警方带走 Feb 2nd 2014, 06:58, by wqw0 （维权网信息员卫泉报道）本网获悉，2014年1月27日，湖南洪江托口电站库区房屋被强拆的移民来到洪江市移民局要求政府发放过年物资遭拒绝，其中维权人士杨惠充当场被洪江警方带走。 库区移民维权人士说，洪江警方带走杨惠充的理由是她曾因库区维权被洪江法院判过刑，现在还在监外执行期间。杨惠充是洪江市托口镇朗溪村平原组村民，2013年11月房屋被洪江市政府非法强拆。 移民们说，他们的房屋被洪江市政府非法强拆后，政府并没有给过他们一分钱，现在春节临近，他们连过年的钱都没有，所以才到移民局去找政府要过年物资，谁知洪江市政府竟如此对待他们。
