江苏常州访民潘淑英遭遇看管控制近两月 Feb 21st 2014, 03:33, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）2014年2月20日，江苏常州访民潘淑英给维权律师李刚发来求救短信，说自己从去年12月27号到现在，一直遭到人看管，上午有7到8个人看守，晚上有2个人坐在楼梯上看守，特别是这几天，连门都不让出门，听说有省领导来常州巡查。 潘淑英是被强拆户，上访多年，问题迟迟得不到解决，潘淑英因进京上访遭当地警察多次拘留。2014年1月27日，潘淑英出门准备去医院，遭到看管者的毒打关押。 参见：http://wqw2010.blogspot.ae/2013/09/blog-post_5277.html
