湖南资兴市对工商所住房断水断电逼拆 Apr 15th 2014, 04:20, by wqw0 （维权网信息员重萍报道）今天（2014年4月12日），本网信息员听到湖南资兴市鲤鱼江工商所的住户朱亚飞（女，46岁）、张月花（女，44岁）、李招香（女，57岁）投诉说：2014年4月9日资兴市房产局国有土地房屋征收办公室、东江街道办事处、改造协调指挥部一起，在没有与原住户达成任何补偿协议，也没有经过人民法院裁决的情况下，公然地违反国家《物权法》、国务院《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》，在屋内尚有人居住的情况下，组织实施对工商所的100住户房屋进行断水、断电及强迁，严重威胁了住户的生命和财产权。
