刘荻代理律师再次要求会见被拒 已递交取保候审申请 May 23rd 2014, 08:11, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李明报道）5月22日下午，北京莫少平律师事务所的丁锡奎律师和马纲权律师到北京市第一看守所要求会见不锈钢老鼠刘荻，但未能获得安排。丁律师和马律师为刘荻向北京市公安局预审总队递交了《取保候审申请书》。 马纲权律师表示："委托律师已为刘荻申请取保候审。但他本人对此并不表乐观，据他了解，本案的其他4人的申请都遭到拒绝。"马律师说："按照相关法律规定，递交了取保候审的申请，应该在三天内以书面答覆。其他几人都申请了，但据我所知都没批准。"
