快讯：李方平律师今去港在深圳皇岗口岸遭蛮横拦截 Jul 7th 2014, 03:15, by wqw0 （维权网信息员刘云报道）本网信息员据李方平律师微博、微信获悉：李方平律师今天（2014年7月5日星期六）凌晨欲去香港探亲访友在深圳皇岗口岸遭警方拦截，理由是李方平律师出境可能危害国家安全。 李方平律师以《屡遭"莫须将"危害国家安全》为题介绍了当时的情况："今天凌晨我从深圳皇岗口岸去香港探亲访友，不料遭边检阻拦，。王波警官命令两人看守、无法律手续就对行李进行搜查，后要我做扶墙状，对全身进行检查。后王警官持纸条宣布:北京市公安局认为我出境可能危害国家安全，禁止出境。"莫须将"均违宪、违法，侵害公民出境权。"
