河南固始县强征土地 打伤村民 Jul 14th 2014, 08:39, by wqw0 (维权网信息员陈华报道）2014年7月11日上午，河南固始县副县长和城关镇副书记李可意，带领公安派出所二百多人，气势汹汹地来到城关东大店村强行征地砍伐村民栽种的白杨树等经济林木，村民上前阻拦，遭到警察暴打，多人被打伤，村民方俊才被打得头破血流，口鼻出血。村民手机拍照被抢。警察还抓捕了张有凤、方俊才、方俊华、焦国云以及郭姓村民。 去年以来，固始县城关镇在不出示任何手续的情况下，强行征收东大店村200亩土地。去年底，政府派警察欲强行摧毁村民栽种的作物，村民跪地哀求阻扰。
