成都温江永宁镇农民土地被非法强占，报警警察不作为 Nov 18th 2013, 02:56, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李阳报道）温江永宁镇农民蓝英向本网信息员反映：2013年10月25日早晨8点左右，蓝英到田里打农药，发现有人在围观自己的田坝，在一路上，有路障将道路封锁，走进发现自己和另外三户人家（赵玉华、谯仕英、杨力洪）的田里的庄稼和树木都被毁坏。 当时，田里还有四个挖机还在施工，但她们不知道施工单位是谁。 于是蓝英拨打110报警，警察约10分钟后到达现场，了解情况，简单做了一个登记，警察黎杨警号077863、073245说：对方是有手续的，但也未告知对方是什么施工单位，随后就离开了。 下午2点左右，蓝英等人到永宁派出所要求做询问笔录，之后，警察未出具《受案回执》，10月30日，蓝英等人再次递交书面报案材料，警察才给了一份《受案回执》，至今无任何回复。 目前，蓝英等人已经向政府申请行政复议，要求确认10月25日报警不受理的行为违法。
