浙江省岱山县访民蒋红被关黑监狱 Nov 22nd 2013, 07:54, by wqw0 （维权网信息员姚立法报道）浙江省舟山市岱山县瞿山镇鼠浪新村村妇蒋红，11月11日在北京马家楼被当地政府"接"回后，先是被公安局控制，后被关在原万良乡政府办公大楼一楼的一间屋子里至今。看守蒋红的有张跃萍、王伟儿等两男两女。 2011年，蒋红在一小岛上的房屋在夜晚被强拆。次日，蒋红的丈夫带上汽油上岛。据村民讲，蒋红的丈夫与强拆他房屋的几十人发生冲突，蒋红的丈夫被打伤，蒋红的丈夫和另外两人被烧伤。后蒋红的丈夫被判重刑。 蒋红上访是为丈夫被判重刑和房屋被强拆讨说法。
