成都温江五农民护地被控"破坏生产经营罪"元旦前开庭 Jan 2nd 2014, 03:49, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李岩报道）温江维权人士向本网信息员爆料称：因为保护自家农田，被抓捕的温江五农民杨成容、徐仕琼、陈志碧、李富强、陈忠生，温江检察院以"破坏生产经营罪"起诉到法院，近日律师已经收到法院传票，决定于12月31日9点30分在温江法院开庭审理。 据了解：2013年1月27日，四名被告人因不服当局强行给的案子补偿，与其他农民一起阻止施工队伍进场施工，并欲点燃液化气罐，被当局抓捕多人，后刑事拘留6人，后有徐仕琼、陈忠生被取保候审，陈惠清另案处理。
