杭州村民金建芬因给上级寄信被当地政府控制 Mar 6th 2014, 02:35, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）2014年3月2日，杭州市西湖区三墩镇吉鸿社区村民金建芬于下午四点被当地政府工作人员从家中带走。晚上，多位村民在三墩镇向镇长郎国伟要人。质问为何将金建芬从家中带走，而且不许与外界有联系。郎镇长回答:因为金建芬寄信给上级机关投诉反映问题。 杭州市西湖区三墩镇吉鸿社区因为大规模村民房屋拆迁，但是承诺给村民的回迁房屋是豆腐渣工程，使村民生活受到影响，而相应的村领导的经济情况却越发的好起来。村民曾经到政府上访反映问题，却遭到警察抓捕。
