杭州访民看望被拘留的维权人士，朱瑛娣和陈美佳被严管 Mar 6th 2014, 02:53, by wqw0 （维权网信息员黄天怒报道）3月3日，杭州访民王丽民、许捷、徐桂珠、沈月侦、张贤娟、陶芬雅、小妹、陈宝根、朱凤英和冯国君女儿等数十人去杭州拘留所看望先后于2月25日、26日和28日被抓，都被拘留十天的陈美佳、胡慧芬、沈晴和朱瑛娣。访民们见到了胡慧芬和沈晴，但没有见到朱瑛娣和陈美佳。访民们对拘留所表示强烈不满，进行抗议，但拘留所就是不让见。 3月4日，有狱友从拘留所出来，带来消息说朱瑛娣和陈美佳受到严管，像上次梁丽婉一样受到酷刑虐待和折磨。上级对拘留所下令，不准任何人探视朱瑛娣和陈美佳。
