为母亲李淑莲伸冤的人大女生李宁因上访被拘留 Mar 12th 2014, 02:28, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）2014年3月8日，曾经在北京天安门裸跪为母亲李淑莲伸冤的人大女生李宁来到天安门两会会场附近，欲寻代表反映母亲被迫害虐待致死而凶手被放纵的冤情，在根本就没有接近会场，无任何违法行为的情况下，被拦截带到了马家楼。随后被山东龙口截访人员带回当地。 3月9日，李宁的小姨李淑芬接到龙口市公安局电话通知，李宁已经被警方行政拘留。 3月10日，李宁的父亲和小姨来到龙口市公安局，整整一上午龙口市公安局一不告知李宁人在哪儿，二不出示任何法律文书。李淑芬还被被龙口市公安局保安推倒在地。 2009年10月2日，母亲李淑莲进京上访被遣返，随后家属被告知李已自杀身亡。尸检报告证明，李淑莲死前曾遭受殴打。
