上海维权人士陈建芳被关押在浦东新区第一看守所 Jun 8th 2014, 03:54, by wqw0 （维权网信息员子夕报道）5月13日下午失踪的上海维权人士陈建芳，其家属已收到拘留通知书，通知书中指：陈建芳因涉嫌扰乱公共场所秩序罪被刑事拘留，关押在上海市浦东新区第一看守所。 据陈建芳的家人讲，当时陈建芳准备帮助刘士辉律师在上海租房子，两人在路上被带到航头镇派出所，随后都遭到刑事拘留。 陈建芳因为参与维权，曾遭到上海警方刑事拘留、劳教、抄家、限制出境等迫害。5月初陈建芳就警方非法抄家、阻止其前往日内瓦参加人权知识培训等侵害提起行政诉讼，但上海法院以各种理由不予立案。
