港闸法院剥夺当事人诉权，张亮竟被禁入立案庭 Oct 2nd 2013, 07:01, by wqw0 （维权网信息员张宁宁报道）9月30日早8点40分，张亮到南通市港闸区法院经安检处，刷毕身份证后被告知禁止进入立案庭。张亮感到奇怪，法院立案庭系对外窗口，为什么不能进去。法警说，是法院院长决定的。 一年前，张亮因南通市公安局崇川分局对其举报暴力拆迁一案未履行法定职责，将其诉至崇川区法院，崇川区法院移交港闸区法院，港闸区法院置之不理。为此，张亮多次要求港闸区法院立案庭给个说法，但该院百般推诿。该院为了逃避张亮的追责，竟然把张亮列入黑名单，禁入法院，包括禁止进入立案庭。 公民享有诉权，南通市港闸区法院不准张亮进入立案庭，无异于剥夺了张亮的诉讼权利。张亮将向国家有权机关举报，请求查处该院剥夺当事人诉权的违法行为。
