常州访民陆南仙及家人在法庭遭法警殴打 Dec 3rd 2013, 03:56, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）江苏常州访民陆南仙因自己房屋被强拆，向当地法院提起诉讼，要求相关拆迁公司和当地西林街道办事处给予赔偿。 2013年11月29日，陆南仙诉拆迁公司、西林街道办事处拆迁补偿协议一案在常州钟楼区法院开庭，审判长杨关中当庭枉判陆南仙败诉。陆南仙和家属当庭理论，法警把陆南仙打到在地，陆南仙老公脸被打伤，法警用手掐陆南仙女儿脖子，当时她脸都被掐紫了，多人拉着他都不肯放手，后来别人报警，他就跑了。
