江苏常州拆迁访民黄兰珍、潘巧凤因到北京上访被拘留10日 Apr 10th 2014, 04:30, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）近日，江苏常州拆迁访民黄兰珍、潘巧凤到北京上访控告，被送到了马家楼。2014年4月6日，两人被押回常州，直接带到了常州公安局钟楼分局北港派出所。随后，黄兰珍、潘巧凤都被行政拘留10日。 此前两人都因上访被多次关押拘留。
