因抗议司法程序不公退庭 隋牧青、蒋援民二律师遭法官威胁 Apr 10th 2014, 04:47, by wqw0 （维权网信息员张兵报道）今天（2014年4月9日星期三），海淀法院继续审理丁家喜、李蔚案。隋牧青、蒋援民二律师为此案辩护律师。 在庭审中，二位律师发现海淀检察院全部用复印件展示证据和质证，立即提出异议。但是海淀法院完全偏袒检察院，导致正当司法程序遭践踏。隋牧青、蒋援民二律师决定退庭向北京高院、高法控告。 而海淀法官威胁竟然威胁两位律师将发司法建议，惩处两律师。随后，隋牧青律师被广州司法局谈话。
