湖南衡阳市政工程恶意拖欠40农民巨额工资11年 Aug 19th 2013, 03:04, by wqw0 （维权网信息员向华报道）本网信息员8月16日听湖南省衡阳县农民曾仲良（男，49岁）反映，他们一批农民工为湖南衡阳建设局务工，有近百万元劳务费被建设局恶意拖欠了11年，至今不给。 据农民工曾仲良说，他们40位农民工在1998年5月与衡阳市建设局签订了劳务合同，承包了该局市政工程的基土石方和桩基础开挖浇灌防护，水沟等防护工程，共完成工程量160多万元，2001年竣工。但到目前为止，建设局以没有钱为由，只付了农民工一点生活费，不付给农民工一分钱的工资。近90万元的农民工工资被恶意拖欠了11年之久。
