湖北村民龚珍英为阻止暴力征地被碾压掉双腿 Aug 19th 2013, 03:21, by wqw0 （维权网信息员苏媛报道）本网信息员获悉：湖北省崇阳县天城镇肥塘村村民龚珍英因阻止暴力征地，被工程车碾压到车底，车轮从她的双腿压过去，致使她双腿高位截肢。 据了解，当地政府因以不合理的补偿价格征收土地1000多亩，在未做任何补偿的情况下强行施工，此举遭到村民们的反对。 自7月份以来，半夜三更，常常有6-7辆满载渣土的工程车向肥塘村一组仅剩的20余亩水田里卸土。村民们只好日夜坚守在自己家的土地上，防止田地被毁。 8月10日晚19时许，几辆满载渣土的工程车又向水田里倒土，遭到村民们的阻止。其中一辆工程车横冲直撞将村民龚珍英碾压在车下，车轮从她双腿上碾压而过。 龚珍英双腿粉碎性骨折，神经和肌肉被碾压成"肉酱"，为保住生命只好进行了高位截肢。 图：龚珍英和被截下的双腿
